The Heat review by FAT Mike

An uptight FBI Special Agent is paired with a foul-mouthed Boston cop to take down a ruthless drug lord.

I’m not a fan of Sandra Bullock but Melissa McCarthy had me laughing so hard as a foul-mouthed bad ass cop. These two did work really well together as a odd couple pair. The co-cast is funny and made up of Michael Rapaport, Michael McDonald, Bill Burr and Kaitlin Olson. The story doesn’t brake new ground and feels like any other buddy cop movie but it is nice to see a female buddy cop movie. THE HEAT’s story is forgettable but Melissa McCarthy’s one liners will stick with you.
The Heat has no big action scene but there are good laughs and the one person who makes this movie worth watching is Melissa McCarthy. Cheers and remember life will never suck as long as there is a GOOD movie to watch.
