Jack the Giant Slayer review by FAT Mike

When the ancient war between humans and a race of giants starts again when Jack opens a gateway between the two worlds with magical beans. It’s up to him to save the princess and send the giants back to there world.

JACK THE GIANT SLAYER is an awesome twist on a classic fairy tail. I found the film to be well written with a nice blend of action, comedy and story telling. The story flows nicely and I felt like there was no drag. I enjoyed the mix of practical and c.g. effects which keeps you in the story.
JACK THE GIANT SLAYER has an amazing cast made up of Nicholas Hoult, Eleanor Tomlinson, Ewan McGregor, Stanley Tucci, and Ian McShane as King Brahmwell. Nicholas Hoult in JACK THE GIANT SLAYER and shows he’s an awesome leading man and really owns the part of jack.
With an amazing cast a well blended and good flowing story JACK THE GIANT SLAYER is a funny ride for the family. I found I had more fun with JACK THE GIANT SLAYER then I did with OZ THE GREAT AND POWERFUL. Cheers and remember life will never suck as long as there is a GOOD movie to watch.
