Rapture-Palooza review by FAT Mike

When the Apocalypse actually happens and billions people are raptured up to heaven. The rest of the world tries their best to lead a normal life surrounded by talking locusts, blood rain showers, and pot-smoking wraiths. Lindsey (Anna Kendrick) and her boyfriend Ben (John Francis Daley) are left behind in suburban Seattle. But when the Anti-Christ (Craig Robinson) makes his home base in their neighbourhood, Lindsey finds herself the object of his affection. It’s up to her and Ben to get rid of the Anti-Christ.

RAPTUREPALOOZA is only 1 hour 25 minutes but its fresh, funny, and an original story. With an amazing cast made up of Anna Kendrick, John Francis Daley, Craig Robinson, Corddry Thomas, Rob Huebel, Paul Scheer, Ana Gasteyer, Tyler Labine, and The Hangovers Ken Jeong as God. This cast works so well together and you can tell they had a good time making the film. I found myself laughing and having a good time through the film.
With a fresh story an awesome cast and packed full of laughs RAPTUREPALOOZA may not be for everyone but I fell in love with this film. Cheers and remember life will never suck as long as there is a GOOD movie to watch.
