JOBS review by FAT Mike
The story of Steve Jobs' ascension from college dropout into one of the most revered creative entrepreneurs of the 20th century.
Jobs was a let down. This film makes Steve Jobs out to be an ass hole and this film makes you hate him. The story jumps around with no explanation and there is no mention of Steve’s involvement in Pixar. The cast and acting are both good; I’m not an Ashton Kutcher fan but he did a really great job in this film. During the credits of the film, the cast members are shown beside those they are portraying and they look almost spot on.
As much as I was disappointed in film I enjoy the music but music alone can’t save this film.
All together JOBS is uninspiring, the story is blotchy and it focuses on the worst of Steve Jobs. Ashton Kutcher’s acting is great but doesn’t save the crappy story. All I have to say is I’d rather see a good 4 hour movie about a visionary than a terrible 2 hour film.
Cheers and remember life will never suck as long as there is a GOOD movie to watch and I watch the crappy ones so you don’t have to.
